Amil Pets is a brand of Amil Food Industries Ltd, a company registered in Kenya. We produce and supply premium pet nutrition products including treats, supplements and other pet care products.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices and other information on our Site are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours, pricing or other content is error-free, complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Our products are for pet use only. Always follow the feeding guide and recommendations provided on the packaging.

4. Ordering Process

• Browse our products on the Site and add items to your cart.
• Proceed to checkout and provide accurate and complete information including name, email, phone number, delivery address and any other details requested.
• Review your order, select a payment method and place your order.
• You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Kenya to the counties and locations listed on our Shipping Policy page.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of order confirmation.
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays or events beyond our control.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or absence, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

In summary:

• Report any damaged, defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging where applicable.
• Some items (e.g., opened pet food or treats) are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is defective.
• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after approval.

9. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it if it has not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal data.
• Any errors or omissions in our content.
• Any delay or failure in delivery caused by third parties.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the products giving rise to the claim.
