How are my products delivered?

Orders are dispatched from Kericho within 24 business hours. Deliveries are handled through Wells Fargo Courier or can be collected free from our Kericho facility if you select Local Pickup.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping charges follow Wells Fargo Courier's standard rates from Kericho and are calculated based on your delivery destination before you place your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept Cash on Delivery for Wells Fargo Courier deliveries. Direct M-Pesa payments will be introduced soon.
